Which link-building marketplace is actually best if your targets are in Norway 🇳🇴? Global rankings hide local differences — a platform that wins worldwide can be mediocre in one market. So we re-ran our 35-marketplace methodology on Norwegian sites only: every site in the price matrix whose top organic-traffic country is Norway (per Ahrefs).
That leaves 9,229 real price listings across 1,797 Norwegian-audience sites, with 21 marketplaces qualifying for the ranking (at least 100 Norwegian sites listed).
What we measured
Every marketplace is priced on the same pool of Norwegian sites, so they can be compared head-to-head. Five criteria, all real numbers from the listings — and the sliders below re-rank the table live:
- Catalog size — how many Norwegian sites it sells.
- Best-price wins — how often it holds the cheapest price for a site among all vendors.
- Value per DR — median price ÷ Domain Rating; lower is better.
- Value per traffic — median price per 1,000 real monthly visits; lower is better.
- Site quality — average DR of the Norwegian sites it carries.

What the Norwegian data says
- Norway has its own winner. Globally links.me leads, but on Norwegian sites linkavista.com takes #1 (score 73.8): 379 sites listed and the cheapest price 56.2% of the time.
- Biggest ≠ best. links.me lists the most Norwegian sites (972) but holds the best price only 26.6% of the time — reach without price leadership.
- linkhouse.co is the value pick for audience. Its median cost per 1,000 Norwegian visits ($740.92) is the lowest of any large marketplace here (it ranks #2 overall).
- Shopping around pays. On 64% of Norwegian sites sold by 2+ marketplaces, the priciest listing is at least 2× the cheapest — same site, same link.
How we scored
Dataset: the seotools.info Backlink Pricing matrix — 2,250,677 listings across 468,684 sites — filtered to sites whose top organic-traffic country is Norway (Ahrefs metrics). Each criterion becomes a 0–100 percentile rank against the other 20 qualifying marketplaces, then blended with the weights above (defaults 15 / 15 / 15 / 15 / 15 — identical to the global ranking). Nothing is hand-picked: move the sliders and the ranking recomputes instantly. Prices are list prices from the marketplaces' own catalogs.
