Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SEOTools.info (the “Service”), operated by SEOTools.info (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SEOTools.info is an online tool that aggregates and displays SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, backlinks, domain data and similar) that you request, including data obtained from third-party providers and from accounts you connect. The Service is provided on a subscription and/or free-tier basis.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- resell or expose the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted (e.g. client reports on a paid plan);
- use connected third-party services (Google, Ahrefs, DataForSEO, etc.) in violation of their terms. Your use of those providers is subject to their own agreements, and you are responsible for holding valid rights/keys.
4. Third-party data & services
Metrics shown in the Service originate from third parties and from public sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability, and we are not responsible for changes, outages, rate-limits, pricing or discontinuation of any third-party provider. The Service may be unavailable or degraded when a provider is.
5. Plans, billing & changes
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- We may change features, plans or prices; we will give reasonable notice of material price changes, which take effect on your next renewal.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you input; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY METRIC OR RECOMMENDATION WILL PRODUCE PARTICULAR SEO, TRAFFIC OR BUSINESS RESULTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND RELY ON ANY DATA AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, RANKINGS, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party provider’s terms.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability, IP) survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the United States have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect on posting (shown by the “Last updated” date) or as otherwise notified. Continued use means acceptance.
