Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to SEOTools.info, operated by SEOTools.info. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
2. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that initial purchase. To qualify, email us from the address on your account (see below).
3. What is not refundable
- Renewal payments after the first billing period.
- Partially used billing periods (we do not pro-rate on cancellation).
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms or misuse.
- Any third-party fees you incur (e.g. your own Ahrefs/DataForSEO API costs), which are billed by those providers, not us.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your account details and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing to appear on your statement depends on your bank/payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
6. Statutory rights
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, they prevail over this Policy.
7. Discretion & changes
Except where required by law, refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion under the terms above. We may update this Policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
